Meet in the parking lot of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lapeer, Michigan
at 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2012. 
Deluxe bus will leave at 6 a.m. and will arrive at the hotel at 6:00 p.m.
in our nation’s capital – Washington, D.C.!  

  We’ll meet the next morning at 5:30 for breakfast in the hotel.  We then board the bus for a ride to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (largest Catholic Church in the western hemisphere). All are invited to 7:30 a.m. Mass in the upper level of the Basilica.    When Mass is over, about 9:15 a.m., meet the group outside on the front steps.  The bus will take us to the heart of the city, where we can tour the monuments or the Smithsonian museums. We will gather near the Washington Monument for the Rally at noon, right across from the White House. We will hear fantastic speakers!

The March begins about 1:30 p.m. We walk along Constitution Avenue to the Capitol Building and the Supreme Court.  Truly an awesome, overwhelming experience!  When you get to the end of the March, turn left, walk 2 blocks to Union Station.  We meet inside the main lobby, hop on the bus, begin the ride home & get back to Lapeer sometime after 2:30 am.
